Hello everybody !!
We are counting down the days, for the release of our brand new full length 'Cities of Hunger'! Ace Zec finished up the mixing and the album is being mastered as we speak. We will post some new songs online very soon now so keep an eye on our myspace, facebook, twitter . and all the other profiles. We do have a little something already! All of you should browse to our website www.themapleroom.net and there you will find our E-card!! It contains snippets of all 10 new songs off our new album. Take a listen, signup for our mailinglist and be sure to send that E-card to as many people as possible. It would mean a lot to us, seriously!
The new album will be released on Funtime Records, April 2010 for Benelux. The release show will be at Rio Rock, April 3rd in Ham (BE). Other bands on the bill are Strung out, Ghost of a thousand and many more. We hope to see you there of course! If you want to book us for a show be sure to get in touch with us. We are available for shows as of April and are starting to fill up our schedule.
We are discussing a release of the new album in China too after our great tour there last October. We'll probably fly over again early 2010 but more news about that soon. Siked!
Last Thursday we got a call from Studio Brussel, live on air in the program 'Select'. Apparently we are 1 of 3 bands that got selected out of 200 bands to play with Channel Zero in AB, Brussels. Next Tuesday we will playing a brand new song live on air at StuBru. If we win we'll playing as support act of Channel Zero on January 22nd. Stay tuned for more news on that and make sure to tune in next Tuesday. The song and interview will be broadcasted Tuesday in the program Select between 9 and 11 pm (local time). We will do some contests to win free merchandise and the new cd so if you want one, keep checking our myspace and facebook.
